if a chanel handbag says...?

if a chanel handbag says made in france is it real? what if it says made in italy? i found one of each on ebay. can you tell me if either is fake? and how can you tell?

Chanel bags are mainly manufactured in Italy, but there ARE some manufactured in France as well. So the first one could definitely be real. It's really depending on the purse itself. It is hard to tell from pictures.

Chanel bags have perfect..everything. They don't even have a stitch out of place. Chanel bags are always made with pebbled skin. Not smooth. Buying stuff from the internet is always a chance. You can never have 100% proof. The only way to know for sure is to go to an actual Chanel store.
